How to: Correct marked typing errors that Automatic Spellcheck underlines.
Solution:
Right-click on the misspelled word, and select correct word from the Shortcut menu.
NOTE: Word 7.0's Automatic Spell Checker marks misspelled words by underlining them with a wavy red line.
To correct the misspelled words:
1) Click on the misspelled word.
2) Right-click on the misspelled word. (The Spelling Shortcut menu appears.)
3) Do one of the following:
a) To correct the word, select the correct spelling from the suggested words at the top of the list.
b) To ignore all occurrences of the word, select 'Ignore All'.
c) To add the word to the dictionary, select 'Add'.
d) To display the 'Spelling' dialog box to specify additional options, select 'Spelling...'.
e) To change the word to a word that does not appear in the menu's suggestions list, single-click on the misspelled word and edit it.
